DELIVERY ACROSS UKRAINE

Delivery throughout Ukraine is carried out by courier services:

  • NOVA POSHTA
  • UKRPOSHTA
  • JUSTIN

Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days.

For orders from 1500 UAH, delivery is FREE.

We provide an individual approach to each client and deliver throughout Ukraine in the way that’s most convenient for you.
The main and most convenient option is shipment via Nova Poshta.
For cash on delivery, the company pays for delivery (if the order amount is from 1500 UAH), and the client pays the return shipping for the funds (commission: 20 UAH for processing + 2% of the order amount).

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY VIA UKRPOSHTA

Delivery usually takes 2–4 weeks.

Prepayment of 100% including delivery cost is required.

After placing your order:

  • A manager will contact you via WhatsApp/Viber/Telegram
  • If the order is paid, the manager verifies the delivery address and sends your order
  • If not paid, the manager issues an invoice and ships your order after payment
  • After shipment, you will receive a tracking number

According to the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection,” the buyer has the right to exchange goods for a similar item within 14 days if the purchased item does not suit by shape, size, style, color, or for other reasons, and if the item’s condition, labels, and receipt are intact. Exceptions apply to goods that cannot be returned by law (see link).
